We want you to love your vibrant FARM Rio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided directly through the portal.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
